🔹 2. What is a dashcam and how is it useful?
A dashcam is a camera mounted on your dashboard or windshield. It records everything on the road and helps during:
Accidents
Parking issues
Insurance claims
Security surveillance
Some dashcam models also include:
GPS location tagging
Night vision
Parking mode alerts
DMS (Driver Monitoring System) – Detects drowsiness, distraction, phone use

🔹 3. Do you provide GPS trackers and dashcams both?
Yes, we offer:
A wide variety of GPS trackers
Dashcams with optional GPS, DMS & ADAS features
All products come with mobile app support and are delivered across India.
🔹 4. Do I need a SIM card?
Yes. All GPS trackers require a SIM card (size depends on the model).
✅ For all GPS trackers, we provide a SIM card with a 1-year subscription.
From the second year, you can renew it directly through us.
❗ For voice-enabled GPS devices and dashcams, SIM cards are not included — customers must arrange their own.
🔹 5. Do you provide installation service?
✅ Yes, we offer free installation in Visakhapatnam.
For customers in other cities, Wired GPS Trackers and Dashcams can be installed by any local auto electrician or car accessories technician.
OBD GPS Trackers are plug-and-play and do not require installation.
🔹 6. How long is the software subscription valid?
Each GPS device comes with a 1-year software subscription. After 1 year, it can be renewed easily through us.
🔹 7. Can I track from my phone?
Yes. Our GPS trackers support:
VT Pro App (Advanced features with voice monitoring, QR emergency contact)
Cosmonavv App (Core tracking & alert features)
Both apps are available on Android and iOS.
🔹 8. What if I change my vehicle?
You can reinstall the tracker or dashcam in your new vehicle. The same app account can be used to continue tracking.
🔹 9. Is there a warranty on the product?
Yes. We offer a 1-month replacement warranty for any manufacturing defects.
This does not cover physical or water damage.
🔹 10. How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3–7 working days across India.
