All GPS devices sold by Vrisan Trackings come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Device not powering on
  • GPS signal issues due to hardware faults

What’s Not Covered:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Improper installation by untrained personnel
  • Software/app-related issues (handled via our support team)

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only for unused and uninstalled devices within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Device must be in original packaging
  • No physical or electrical damage
  • All accessories and documents must be included

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Devices that have been installed or used
  • Customized or bulk orders
  • Subscriptions or software services
