All GPS devices sold by Vrisan Trackings come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Device not powering on
- GPS signal issues due to hardware faults
What’s Not Covered:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Improper installation by untrained personnel
- Software/app-related issues (handled via our support team)

🔁 Return Policy
We accept returns only for unused and uninstalled devices within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return:
- Device must be in original packaging
- No physical or electrical damage
- All accessories and documents must be included
Not Eligible for Return:
- Devices that have been installed or used
- Customized or bulk orders
- Subscriptions or software services
