  • Devices once installed are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
  • Refunds will be processed only after verification of returned items.

5. Product Warranty

  • Devices come with access to our software platforms (VT Pro / Cosmonavv).
  • Subscription renewal is required annually for continued access.
  • SIM card and data charges are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
