📄 Return & Refund Policy – Vrisan Trackings

At Vrisan Trackings, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔹 1. Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or incorrect product choice after delivery.

However, we do allow replacements in the following cases:

  • Product is physically damaged upon delivery
  • Product received is defective or non-functional
  • Product is not what you ordered (wrong item sent)

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original condition with packaging

🔹 2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement will be delivered  with in 1 month

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctioning GPS devices (not caused by mishandling or water damage)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • SIM/network issues caused by the customer's provider

🔹 3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • Your order is canceled before dispatch
  • The product is returned due to a verified and approved issue, and a replacement is not available

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🔹 4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

🔹 5. Shipping of Replacement Items

If your replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement item free of charge.
In some cases, we may request the return of the original item via courier.
